Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.uppaid.com

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your affiliateship in our program allows UpPaid.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from UpPaid.com without terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "Profile" link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international affiliates.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


Earnings Questions:

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have reached out minimum payouts:
- Perfect Money: $1,00
- AlertPay: $1,00
- Liberty Reserve: $2,00
- Paypal: $3,00
- Moneybookers: $3,00

How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the withdraw option appear in your Withdraw area, after submitting your request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process.

When am I paid?
There are 2 possilibities here:

A) Most of the times: We have the money and we will send it: 0 to 24 hours
B) Rarely: We don't have the money and we need to recharge our accounts (Paypal, Moneybookers, Alertpay, LibertyReserve): aprox. 1 week

How am I paid?
Payments are made via the following payment processors: AlertPay, Liberty Reserve, Moneybookers, Paypal

Why has the offer I completed been declined?
Offers can be declined because:
- your IP has already registered a signup: you could have completed the same offer on other site or you have a dynamic IP and other person has already completed the offer from that specific IP.
- you did not complete the offer correctly
- you completed offers that don't apply for your country
- the advertiser has denied your signup(why? that is one thing only the advertiser knows)

We hate to denie your signup requests because is causing us a bad image and you also lose time. Do your best in completing the offers and do it right and is almost sure that you will be credited. Just don't try to be smart and cheat or acuse us of your own mistakes. We promise we will do our best to make things right and transparent and YES we are transparent since we tell you all this story and all we ask is RESPECT, nothing more, because UpPaid is not lead by scammers.

What offers can I signup for?
International offers and your offers from the country you reside in.

Can I complete an offer several times?
NO, you cand only complete an offer ONCE

How long to ACCEPT/DECLINE an offer?
Up to 24 hours. Once an offer has been completed and declined, the offer will reappear after 24 hours and you can complete signup again. Some offers need more time to review like PTC offers or special offers but that should never take longer than 2-3 days

Referral Questions:

How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to UpPaid.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral program" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Affiliates will earn from 1 levels of referrals
Level 1 = 50%

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day. You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals


Advertising Questions:

I have a website I would like to advertise, where can I find information on your different programs and costs?
Visit our Home page and Contact US about the advertise you are interested in or simply JOIN UpPaid.com and click "Advertise here" in your account menu and then choose and make your own advertising campaign

I have questions not answered on this FAQ page, what can I do?
